Two Payment Plans to Meet All Your Needs
1. Group Sales Plan
Perfect for tours or other groups who know the date(s) they'd like to attend, the number of tickets they would like and will pay for all the tickets through a single individual or organization. This plan offers preferred seating, a dedicated ticketing representative, discounts on tickets, ability to reserve tickets up to 8 months in advance, assistance with pre-event promotion, material for use in newsletters or emails, and referrals for planning pre- or post-Broadway receptions.
Billing and Payment
1. Non-refundable deposit of 25% required within two weeks of order.
2. Final payment due no later than three week prior to performance date.
3. Payments may be made in cash, check, money order, or credit cards. Multiple checks and credit cards are not accepted.
4. If payments are not received by due dates, we reserve the right to release all tickets being held.
2. Flexible Sales Plan
Best for large businesses interested in providing an additional benefit for employees, this option allows more flexibility for performance dates and seating locations. Individuals pay Broadway in Portland directly for their tickets. This plan offers discounts, customized web-based ordering, assistance with pre-event promotions, materials for use in newsletters or emails, and referrals for planning pre- or post- Broadway events. A 20 ticket minimum per show is still applicable. Ordering and payment must be done through the BroadwayAcrossAmerica website. In-person and phone orders are not accepted for this plan.
