2020/21 Season Update

Portland Opera has announced a reimagined 20/21 season that celebrates the resiliency of the creative spirit with live music and collaboration, while ensuring the health and wellness of our audiences, artists, and company. These changes impact 20/21 season subscribers and members. On this page, you can submit your preferences for donating tickets and receiving refunds.

Please be patient with our team. We will do our best to process your donations and refunds as quickly and accurately as possible. We expect high call volume and long wait times, so please consider using the email form below to avoid the line, and we’ll contact you to confirm processing. 

Your patronage is valued and celebrated at Portland Opera. We are especially grateful to those of you who shared your insights and thoughts with us by participating in surveys and joining our recent Town Hall meetings. Thank you for helping us make these decisions and chart the best course forward!


Subscribers and members who have purchased tickets to postponed or cancelled productions in the 20/21 season have two options:

  • You may opt to donate (part/all) your tickets back to the Portland Opera as a tax deductible, charitable donation.
  • You may receive (part/all) a full refund for the value of your tickets.

20/21 Subscriber & Cancellation Preferences

  • If you would like to donate or refund ALL of your season subscription tickets, select one of the options below. We will confirm with you once we've processed your request.
  • For a partial ticket refund or donation, please let us know which tickets you would like REFUNDED by checking them below, and we'll donate the remaining seats. You will receive confirmation for your gift, and confirmation when we've processed your refund.
