We are seeking a highly organized, detailed orientated individual to fill the Administrative Assistant position for the Broadway in Portland team. This individual will provide a high level of support for all Broadway in Portland efforts. This in-office/remote role is responsible for tracking invoices against budgets, working with accounting on accounts payable, tracking art on deadline for subscription and single ticket campaigns, providing support for marketing efforts including social media, and providing overall support to the Broadway in Portland team.
You will have the opportunity to introduce ideas, gain knowledge, and share expertise, while working in an exciting and fun environment on the Broadway in Portland team!
Through your attention to detail, collaboration, and administrative skills you will provide an integral role. The role reports directly to the General Manager of Broadway who provides an engaging work environment where your ideas and questions are always welcome and encouraged.

EXPERIENCE:
- 1 – 2 years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills: ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Working knowledge of current marketing principles
- Computer proficiency is required
- Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook is required
- Experience with database principles, particularly data entry integrity, is highly desirable
