Describe your role with Portland Opera
I have been a cellist with the opera for the past 3 years.
What music/book/movie/show/poem/place/moment is currently inspiring you?
The Pacific Northwest is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Hiking and being out in nature inspires me everyday.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I've always wanted to be a cellist. Maybe a fireman.
In my free time, you can usually find me...
Spending time with my wife and 2 kids. Running, hiking and practicing.
What has your favorite quarantine activity been?
Having the weekends free to hike with the family.
What is your favorite Portland Opera memory?
The cello section always has so much fun together. I look forward to all the rehearsals and concerts.
