Describe what you do for Portland Opera

I like to think of myself as Sue’s righthand man. However, I’m also available to the entire leadership team, helping them to navigate their day-to-day tasks so that everyone stays on track and that schedules run as smoothly as possible.

Are you involved in any other organizations or causes in the community? Please share!

Yes! I am an advocate for youth with Limb Loss and Limb Difference. I’ve volunteered for the past 6 years as a camp counselor for the Amputee Coalition of America. I also host my own podcast called This Abled Body, available on all streaming platforms.

In my free time, you can usually find me...

in front of my easel, drawing. I’m also a visual artist. I enjoy working with graphite and charcoal.

What's your favorite Portland coffee shop, brewery, cidery, or winery?

I am new to Portland, but so far, every single coffee shop that I have visited has not disappointed! I don’t know what it is, but the coffee here is brilliant! I hope the Portland natives don’t take it for granted. In my home in the Bahamas, we have Folgers Coffee, imagine that! 😊
