When can I access the performance?

Once you make your purchase, your digital pass will unlock digital content that can be enjoyed instantly, providing the performance has already premiered.

Also, upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, and see the content appear in your Tessitura account right away.

Each Portland Opera onscreen performance has a premiere date and then is available for 45 days. Let our team know if you have questions about how long a performance will be available.

What about other video content?

Digital pass purchases will include any available clips, trailers, lectures, coffee talk videos, pre-show lecture videos, and post-show Q&A videos. If available, this content will be populated in the same page where you will find your digital performance (see "Where Can I Access My Content.")

Please note that Portland Opera Onscreen content is not interactive, and extra content varies from digital performance to digital performance.

How do I turn on captions and expand the content to full screen?

To turn on English captions for your digital performance simply toggle the "CC" button on in the lower right-hand corner of the video.

Videos can be expanded to full screen by selecting the four arrows in the lower right-hand corner. Select the gear icon to access video quality settings. We recommend selecting "1080p" for the best image quality.

Once expanded to full screen you can turn the volume up or down within the player.
