The Young Patron Society is Portland Opera's program for young arts lovers and theatergoers between the ages of 21-40.

Join the society with a donation of $100 per year, and receive discounted tickets to Friday night opera performances, plus invites to great parties.

Young Patron Society Members

Members of the young patron society are in the 20-something to 40-something age range. This amazing group of people share special events, performances, networking opportunities, and more! While we won't ask, we trust that you will be honest (please!) about your age eligibility to join.

YPS membership includes:

Two $25 tickets to Friday evening performances of each production of the season.
Invitation to YPS events on Friday evening performances including a special pre-show happy hour, seating in the Young Patron section, and the Young Patron donor lounge at intermission!
Ability to buy tickets in advance—in fact, we even reserve 50 tickets at every performance just for the Young Patron Society.
Invitations to behind-the-scenes events and cocktail parties throughout the season.

Portland Opera’s Ambassador Board brings young professionals together to engage and promote the work of Portland Opera. The Ambassador Board is also the leadership team behind the Young Patron Society.
