Current Opportunities
Technical Liaison

We are seeking an organized, self-motivated backstage facilitator who will work with our Broadway in Portland team, our Opera production team, our Broadway Across America partners, and representatives of touring productions.  You would serve as a liaison between the parts of the team, tracking all the pieces to bring the shows together.

Ticketing Representative

We are seeking a highly organized, detailed orientated individual to fill the Ticketing Representative position for the Broadway side of the company. This individual will a provide high level of customer care for subscribers and single ticket buyers. This in-office role is responsible for selling subscription packages, single tickets, managing subscriber exchanges, pulling reports and managing patron data utilizing the Archtics integrated ticketing platform.

Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized, detailed orientated individual to fill the Customer Service Supervisor role. This role performs a wide range of administrative and customer service duties in the Broadway in Portland Box Office, including supervising customer service representatives, who may be full-time, part-time, or temporary/seasonal.

Patron Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized, detail orientated individual to fill the Patron Services Supervisor role.  Through your attention to detail, collaboration, and sales skills, you will be an advocate for community and audience members, and team lead for our patron services representatives. You’ll help manage ticket inventory to achieve sales goals, connect with patrons to help ensure their visit to Portland Opera is an excellent one, and manage/build group and special ticketing processes. You’ll work with our community ticketing partners to help build access and audiences for Portland Opera.
