What is your favorite Portland Opera memory?
Carmen was my first show with Portland Opera, and I played one of the tarot card readers. Our costumes were so gorgeous, and I loved learning more about tarot and how to read it. Carmen has such intense passion in the music and drama in the story, you could feel the audience respond to every moment. The choristers also had lots of fun in between scenes playing Bananagrams in the green room and dancing to that bop of an overture!
