Do you have a favorite local visual artist/musician/filmmaker/performer that you think everyone should know about?
Yes! I'm friends with a local painter, designer, educator, and more, named Kaveh Negabahni. He uses Persian artifacts to paint unique pop-art, spends time in local communities designing Persian-style gardens, and teaches people of all ages about fossils, nature, and Persian culture. He is not only an old soul and brilliant artist--he's a dear friend that I'm honored to support. Check his Instagram out! @kavehlevav
