How it Works

We prioritize organizations and fundraising events that directly support the arts, music, as well as arts/music education throughout the region. We award opera tickets once, per calendar year, per organization.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate all requests. We can not fulfill requests for tickets to any Broadway in Portland production.

If we are able to fulfill your request, you will receive a packet including season materials, a letter with instructions, and a certificate for two tickets to an opera in our current season.

Please know that only requests made through this website will be considered. No phone calls please.

Before submitting your request, please read this page and make sure that you understand the following guidelines:

• You represent a non-profit organization and your mission involves the arts, music, or educational programming with arts or music curriculum.
• This request is at least eight weeks prior to your fundraising event.
• You have the organization’s Tax ID number and basic information about the event.
• Your organization is not religious or politically based.

Please note that due to the high volume of requests received, we are unable to respond to all submission inquiries.
