Young Patron Society

The Young Patron Society is Portland Opera's program for young arts lovers and theatergoers between the ages of 21-40. Learn more here.

Tickets on the day of the performance

Portland Opera does not offer "rush" ticket pricing. If inventory is available, you may purchase tickets at the theatre on the day of the performance. The Box Office opens onsite at the performance venue two hours prior to the start of the show.

Accessibility & Audience Services
Audio Description Services

Sunday performance throughout our season will include audio description services of the visual and physical events on stage for patrons who are blind or have low vision. Listening devices are also available at Keller Auditorium, the Newmark Theatre, and the Hampton Opera Center for all performances.

For patrons who are deaf or hard of hearing, each performance is visually translated with live English captions projected above the stage.

Wheelchair & Companion Seating

If you require wheelchair, ADA, or companion seating, please give us a call to purchase tickets, so that we can access our full inventory of ADA seats and ensure your visit to the opera is an excellent one.

Third-party Ticket Outlets

Please use caution in making your ticket purchases. There are many online marketplaces, ticket sellers, and resellers. Unfortunately, many of them are not valid. The best way to purchase Portland Opera tickets is from us: using this official Portland Opera website, or by giving us a call.

When people have fake tickets it is a terrible situation: we can't let you into the opera and you lost money on a fraudulent transaction. Please help us avoid that situation, and be sure about your ticket purchases.

If you think that you've purchased fraudulent tickets, please call our Box Office, so that we can assist you.
