Describe what you do for Portland Opera?

I sit on the Portland Opera Ambassador Board which helps engage audience members between 18-40.

Have you been a volunteer, served on a board of directors, or contributed to other community organizations that you’re passionate about? If so, please share it here.

Yes, I currently sit on the following boards:

- Portland Human Resource Management Association

- Seniors Advocates for Generational Equity

- Women in Leadership Certificate Programs at Linfield University

When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

All types of professions interested me, delivering mail because you were outside walking all day, veterinarian because my parents did not let us have indoor animals growing up, flight attendant as you could travel all of the time.

In my free time, you can usually find me...

Reading with a cup of black tea and cream, hiking all over Oregon, or planning my next destination.

What is your favorite Portland Opera memory?

Having one-on-one time with my Grandma as none of my other cousins were that interested.

What's your favorite Portland coffee shop, brewery, cidery, or winery?

Bison Coffee on 60th is wonderful and Grateful Winery on Mt. Hood has an incredible view.

Do you have hike/park/scenic view in Oregon that inspires you?

Honestly, the Lower McClay loop up to the witches house and back is sweet and simple if you need a little bit of nature on a lunch break.

What's your favorite season in Portland/why?

Fall, standing in a cyclone of whirling leaves always leaves me breathless.

What's your favorite bike path/greenway/route in Portland?

The city recently fixed the 33rd overpass on Columbia so cycling out to Marine Drive is doable once again.
