Describe your role with Portland Opera.

How did you get involved with the opera?
I have been interested in the opera since seeing The Marriage of Figaro in the 5th grade. As I got older, I have been to several different operas and I have enjoyed being a volunteer usher at the San Francisco Opera.
What are you most looking forward to?
I am looking forward to to seeing The Marriage of Figaro as an adult, and to compare it to my 5th grade memory.
What would you like community members to know?
Opera is a beautiful melding of drama though music, song, and set design, and it has something for everyone who comes to enjoy.
