Describe your role with Portland Opera
My first production with Portland Opera was in 2015, singing in the chorus for The Rake's Progress. Since then, I've had the extreme pleasure of performing annually in the Big Night events, various opera choruses, and for their outreach program, Opera a la Cart.
What music/book/movie/show/poem/place/moment is currently inspiring you?
Books: Idiot's Guide to Ayurveda by Sahara Rose and Spirit Hacking by Shaman Durek
TV: HOLY COW Schitts Creek. They deserve ALL the Emmys
Music: "Extraordinary Machine" by Fiona Apple is currently on loop in my head...seriously....it won't stop playing...I need help...it's not even the whole song...it's only like the first line of the chorus...help
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
An actor.

What is your favorite Portland Opera memory?
Every costume fitting with Christine Richardson. Not only is she a wonderful human being, she's extremely skilled at what she does. Her costumes are magical.
